Small Groups

As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.

Proverbs 27:17

Small Groups play an important role here at FBC Hodgenville. It's the way we grow not only in our relationship with the Lord, but also its a place to grow in getting to know people and to understand we all have hurts, habits, and hang-ups!

"Why should I be in a Small Group?"
Let's face it - life is tough and challenging - full of decisions we have to make, obstacles we have to face, and all kinds of other stuff.
The best thing you can do is be in a Life Group to help you establish Christ-centered friendships and learn more about the Bible and grow closer to God.

"Who should be in a Small Group?"
EVERYBODY!! The church is not a place you go to. It’s people.
By taking part in a Small Group, you connect with the church – other people!

"Where do Small Groups meet?"
Small Groups meet on Sunday mornings following our worship service.

"How long do Small Groups meet?"
Our groups run in terms (Spring, Summer, & Fall).

"What do Small Groups do?"
Groups spend time talking and looking at the Bible and what it has to say about relevant life issues and who God is. Groups also find ways to serve the people around them.
