Rooted Student Ministry

NAME
Purpose
The name "Rooted" comes from the Bible verse John 15:5. "I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing."
The purpose of "RootedSM" is to connect and build relationships. We desire to connect to God through prayer and studying His Word. We also want to help students build relationships with one another.

Group Times

RootedSM Small Groups

Sunday Mornings < Following 10 AM Service

RootedSM Small Groups is a time for your student to go deeper into God's Word. We study various topics from the sermon to books of the Bible. Small Groups are in the Student Room above the kitchen. The structure of Small Groups vary on occasion, but typically is a large group gathering with both middle and high school led by Noah Ackermann. Middle and high school will split up and discuss what was taught following the large group teaching.
Rooted ReFuel

Wednesday Night < 6-7 PM

Rooted ReFuel is our midweek gathering. There is a meal at 5:30 PM. Everyone will leave to their respective Bible study classes. Rooted ReFuel is for grades 6-12. Students will have time to relax in our student room for the first 10 minutes. We begin with group games, there is a lesson to follow, and we finish by splitting up into small groups.
Grow High School Bible Study
